Disable Content Tracking

Under the Content tab, when I look at a PDF, for example, it says: "Content has been modified for tracking in Adobe Connect." Is there a way to turn this off?

We are having issues with certain browsers not being able to download PDF.

Re: Disable Content Tracking

The only real way I know of is to upload to the Files (File Share) Pod and then move it from the Uploaded Content section of the meeting to the Content library. The content type will then be Attachment, which equates to a file that wasn't processed by Connect, but is just delivered to the end user.

Once an attachement is moved to the Content library, you will be able to see the unique URL and number times it was accessed but the 'by slide' tracking won't be enabled.
