Can't get camera to presenter

In working with a presenter, I can get his audio but I cannot get his camera to show his image.  He does not  have the buttons in the gray area of his camera/voice pod.  Yes, I transferred controls to him.

Is the presenter i getting the window that requests the access to the camera..?

xxx.xxxx.com is requesting access to your camera and microphone. If you click Allow you may be recorded.  Allow or Deny.

Is he a mac user? If so have him try the USB option even if he has a built in camera. Mac users tend to have up to 5 options for selecting a camera. Try them all until you find the one that works.

Or if on a PC, make sure that he selected his camera through the My Settings > Select Camera tool.
