Editing recordings

When editing a recording from a meeting room today I noticed that my computer became sluggish, almost to a point of being unusable. I looked at CPU usage and Firefox (which the recording was being displayed in) was hogging 90%+ CPU and taking up nearly 300MB RAM.

I'm running a Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4GHz with 4GB RAM on Vista (32 bit). This should not be happening! Has anyone else noticed anything similar?

What version of FF are you using. I had this happen once on FF 2.0, I have been on 3.0 since and have not see any issues.
