Rand0mizer plug in not working

Hi everyone,

Hoping someone can help us. We have been using the Randomizer plug which is a great tool for encouraging student attention but when we had a group of 28 students it worked for the first 10 minutes then started showing letters ie a P or a B instead of first names of full names. Has anyone else had this problem and or knows how we can fix this?
