Participant dont get kicked out when host lost the connection

I had a situation today when the host was in a meeting with 5 or 6 participants. Suddenly the host lost the internet connection and all the participant got the 'kick out' message. Apparently the message said they will be removed from the meeting in 3 minutes but that 3 minutes never came.

Participants were in limbo what to do as it took a while for the host to get his internet connection sorted.

Is there any option that I have forgotten to enable or is it a bug?

Please can anyone help?

Thanks

Being on the Named Host licensing model, there isn't much you can do. The meeting should have ended the session after the host was gone for 5 minutes. If the session didn't end, then there may be a bug in that function and Adobe would need to look at it.

If you don't want the attendees to get that message and to be booted from the room (apparently in theory) then you would need to change to a Concurrent User licensing model. However, I'd venture a guess that the addtional cost wouldn't be worth this one change in functionality.
