Could you clarify how many seminars can be opened at the same time if a customer has 1 Shared Webinar Room?

i know that for Named Webinar Manager, it's the number of license a customer has...

1 Shared Webinar Room license = 1 Webinar/Seminar can be active at a time.

The difference being that anyone can Host the webinar.

Does this mean the webinar license is not a named license?  Rather, the webinar license is available to anyone who knows the username and password for the webinar room?

No, this means that anyone with a user account to your Connect system can be assigned Host rights in the Shared Webinar room and can act as a Host in that room without additional licensing.
