System Error

Recently we have received several comments from our customer about meeting rooms taking too long to  load and in two instances the users received a "System Error."  Has anyone ever seen or happen to know what would cause a user to receive a System Error stating:

"System Error

The Meeting Room could not connect to the Adobe Connect Enterprise Server.  Please re-launch the Meeting Room, or refresh your browser to restore the connection.

Visit the troubleshooting page if you continue to have problems."

When the users visit the Troubleshooting Page they pass 3 to 4 out of the 4 test and are still unable to access some meetings.  Any help someone could provide would be appreciated.

Re: System Error

You will need to ask these users for the results of the troubleshooting page.  Get them by going to "send results" and then copy/paste details of the tests.  That should tell you specifically where the issue is, to help with further investigation.
