Adobe Connect plugin issues

Hi All,
I'm using Adobe Connect to launch a meeting but the plugin is causing a huge interference.

I am able to enter the Room appropriately but when I attempt to share my screen, Adobe Connect via Internet Explorer will state that I don't have the plugin installed.  I will installed the plugin and a blank window opens.  The meeting is supposed to be in that blank window.

I've attempted to install the .exe from Adobe's site but even yet, the meeting will say that I do not have the plugin.

With the automatic plugin download installed, I cannot even get into the room.

Has anyone had anything similar like this?  Let me know, thanks
