Viewing notes during a screen share?

We need to be able to view the meeting presenters notes while doing a screen share of an internet site. Is there a way to do this?

I believe the easiest way to do this is to use a dual monitor set up where you would have the meeting room open on one monitor and be screen sharing the other. Then you would be able to see and interact with the full meeting room while screen sharing.

Hello,

Jorma I agree. CosmodNC...here is how I do it:

Set your screen share pod to Maximize (under pod options)
Enable your presenter only area (with the notes)
Share your screen (do not check the full screen check box)
When the screen share engages, click the switch to meeting room button

Try that.
