Customer's IP blocked

Recently we had a customer join a meeting a day before it was scheduled to start.  Coincidently the Host was in the meeting room at the time and removed the participant from the room.  The participant stated that she received a message stating that she had been kicked out of the room and when she attempted to access the meeting the next day she received a message stating
