Audio Latency on Mac Machines

Hi,

I have a client using Macs for all of their live meetings. When I talk on my headset using a Windows laptop, my voice shows up within half a second. When they talk back, their audio is delayed by up to 10 seconds or more.

The two machines are sitting next to each other on the same network and latency values on both are fine.

Has anyone experienced a similar problem?

Is this a Mac specific issue?

Any ideas on how to resolve this?
