Speex and Nellymoser codecs

Dear all,
I would like to know what frequency the SPEEX codec and the Nellymoser provide.
Do any of these codecs provide a transmission of audio between 125 Hz and 12,500 Hz ?

From the Technical Guide of Connect 9 the frequency of the audio through VoIP is (doesn't differentiate between Speex or Nellymoser):

Lan: 22 kHz
DSL: 11 kHZ
Modem: 5 kHZ
