XML/API: Create User Groups

Hello,

i have a few questions about the Adobe Connect API:
- how do i create a new user group ?
- how can i add a user to a group ?

I've not done this, so if I'm not totally correct, I apologize. It would appear to me that when you create a user and specify a group for them to be a member of, it will either add them to the existing group or create a new group, that you specify, and add them to it.
