Using Integrated Audio to dial International Participants

We use Premier's integrated audio to have the meeting call out to participants. Does anyone know if this feature will dial out to international numbers?

Hi Jennifer,

Unfortunately you cannot dial out using the Connect integration, but you can certainly do so from the phone itself. Premiere does have international dial-out rates which vary by country, so you may want to check with them on the cost. I believe they also have different bridges, so you may want to check whether your account is on a bridge enabled for international calls (if not, they will have to set you up with a different account).

To dial out, join the teleconference as the moderator and then press *95 followed by the international number. Once the international participant has joined, you can merge the "unknown dial in" with his/her name on Connect.

Also, the international person can always dial the toll number to dial in, in which case you don't pay the international dial-out rates.

How to use Premiere's Call my Phone option internationally
_RESOLUTION_

If you are outside of the US you can still use this option by *fooling*
Premiere into thinking your number is a North America number. Prefix
your number with 011

Example if your international number is in the UK - 44 121 4336766 then
in the call my phone optin type 011441214336766

In this case 44 is the country code and 121 433 6766 is the local number
Premiere should call your phone
