My password is no longer working
Dear Administrator,
I wonder if you can help me. I have had an Abobe Connect Now Account for some time. In recent times it has not been used. I tried to sign in but my password is not working. Who should I contact?
I completed the "Forgot Password" procedure but have had nothing back and that was two hours ago.
My sign in was stevekeigh.

ConnectNow was discontinued earlier this year, as part of the updates to the offerings available at acrobat.com.
That is likely the root of the issue. You can look to get a paid Connect account, but I don't believe that there are options for free accounts like the ConnectNow service.
