Adobe Connect 9.1 recording issue

I'm having a problem with a recording. Here's what happens: I use the triangle-shaped controls to cut out the first about 42 seconds, then save. Now, it starts at the right place but gets stuck - for both video and audio - at 3:25. Then, at 5:05, the audio starts again, but now it's about 90 seconds out of sync with the video. Also, the time indicator at right lower corner stays stuck at 0:05:05/0:53:19. I have gone back to the original and re-tried this several times. Any suggestions out there?
