customers can't access connect after Pro 7 upgrade

Are any of your customers/attendees being denied access?
We seem to have a systemic problem that did NOT have problems accessing prior to connect pro 7 upgrade. Help! ?

I assume then you are on hosted? Has support been able to resolve your issues?

AWESOME product until the upgrade which included an option for  a new product called

YES, we also had "access denied" across several  items. That was eventually fixed but the fix killed our integrated audio conferencing
