Saving Layouts

We are designing customized virtual meetings that can be used by instructors at our client organization. What is the best way to save specific layout information and send it across to the client as a template or file along with the presentation files? Is this even possible or do created layouts remain only in the local machine in which they are created?

The Meeting just needs to be placed in a template folder, Shared Templates within the Shared Meeting library would be ideal.

Then any one who has Meeting Host rights will see that meeting in the drop down Templates menu in the Meeting creation wizard.

The meetings and their configuration are not stored on local machines, they are all on the server.
