Share pod for MP3 - controls for participants?

I can add a new share and share an mp3, but all my participants see is a black box. They hear the music, but they don't see the controls that I see as a host - the position slider (with the minutes played/total minutes) and volume control. ANd my volume controls then control the volume for the participants
The mp3 permissions are set to public viewing (in my contents folder).

Anyway I can get those controls to be displayed to Participants?

This is the default behavior for uploading media (audio or video) directly to the share pod. The Hosts and Presenters will have the ability to control the playback of the media, while the Participants will be able to see/hear the media being played back, but not have control over it.

If you want to have audio that each individual in the room can control for themselves, irregardless of their roll in the room, I'd recommend that you use the MP3 Player that Alistair built, as you can use it's default audio files, or include your own.
