Broadcast Meeting With Computer Audio
I recently held a meeting where I broadcasted audio through my computer and not with a conference line. A mobile user said they could not hear me. She was on an OS device and I was curious if this was a limitation of the mobile app or user error ;)
thanks!

Re: Broadcast Meeting With Computer Audio
Hi Dbetancourt,
When you are broadcasting audio through computers using VoIP the audio is broadcast to OS devices. I held a session recently and had participants connecting through iPads and they all had audio. Must be user error.

Re: Broadcast Meeting With Computer Audio
As stated above this should 'just work' :-)
Possible reasons this did not work (in order of likelihood):
- User has device muted (using hardware mute switch)
- Device stuck in some weird state (like pushing audio to a bluetooth device, or through the cable connector to a 'speaker' which is no longer connected)
- Volume too low
- User was on a phone call (meeting audio suspended while phone call is active)
