Can we use animated GIF to brand 7 Pro?

I tried to brand 7 Pro uploading a 360x50 animated banner but it did not display correctly.
The 4 animation steps were side by side randomly crushed.
Does anyone succeed in uploading animated GIF that works?

Which GIF parameters? Editor?
