Flashing cursor after upgrade to v9

After the upgrade on the hosted platform to version 9, we get a very annoying flashing cursor when sharing screen.

Any ideas what we can do to avoid it?

I've notice the same thing after we upgraded to v9.  On my laptop when I hook up an external monitor to it, the seminar room works fine when I'm viewing it on the laptop monitor, but when I view it on the external monitor the mouse cursor starts flashing and has very jerky movement.  I tried it on another laptop and it had the same result when viewing the room on a projector hooked up to the laptop.  I have a dual monitor setup for my desktop in my office and I don't have the problem there.  Also, both laptops have Windows XP and my desktop has Windows 7.
