Customization not showing up in one browser

Only on one PC do I find that in IE my logon customizations are missing.  Here are the URLs that resulted in FF and then IE.  They are the same.

https://na8cps.adobeconnect.com/system/ … et-lang=en

https://na8cps.adobeconnect.com/system/ … et-lang=en

I tried flushing the cache in IE.  I can't seem to get it to work.

Ideas?

Empty all your temporary internet files.  All of them.  It's not just the Cache....
You might want to look at where the temporary internet files are stored on that machine too and ensure that the logged in user has permissions...

Re: Customization not showing up in one browser

I don't see the customization on either link. When you add your custom colors and images, be sure to select Save. I've thought that Connect wasn't taking my changes before and I just forgot to click Save after applying them.

The browser cache may hold on to the old branding, but clearing your cache or using a different browser should show the new branding.

I don't see any customizations, either. But I do note that the release version of that Hosted account comes back as 9.0.1.0...An update for Connect 9 is looming? Or have I missed the release of something?

Oh yeah, and I'd check your url...It looks like you're just hitting the root of the cluster, not your actual designated Connect URL.

Re: Customization not showing up in one browser

Thanks all.  I should have posted the link as it started out (not the derived one).

http://pioneerdatasys.adobeconnect.com

It appears to be working across all browsers now.
