Attendee Pod: Sort Display Names

I sorted the display names by last name but the names did not sort in the Attendee pod. (Attendees pod > Pod options menu > Preferences > Attendees pod). I logged out and logged back in, that didn't help either.  I am using Connect 8.

Another question, does the sort work only for registered attendees in a meeting or all attendees (registered and guest users)?
