How to hide the pods from a recording

What's new in AC9 claims: "Hide the pods from a recording  --   Organizers can hide one of more of the Chat pod, Attendee pod, or the Q&A pod from a recording. When the Share pod is the only remaining pod in the recording, it expands to full screen to improve the viewing experience."

The description of new capability appears under heading: "Improved editing of meeting recordings."

This is precisely what I want to do--after the event is over. After scouring Adobe's connect_9_help.pdf, I cannot locate info about HOW to do this.

Does anyone know how?

Is it possible to show the pods during the webinar, but exclude extraneous pods when creating the recording off-line? (I want to show only the PowerPoint.)

Hi Erika,

You'll want to click the 'Edit Recording' button to go into editing mode.

From there, you can click the 'Settings' button on the bottom to bring up the settings dialog which gives you the ability to remove some pods from a recording:

This WILL work on older recordings (i.e. created with Adobe Connect 8) - but you won't see the options until your account is upgraded to Adobe Connect 9.
