Can't add Premiere Global details to user's profile

Hi,
I'm having an issue adding a user's ReadyConference Plus details to their profile (I'm an admin on our Connect Pro 6 system).
After the user could not add their details, they asked me to do so - when I attempted to add their
Moderator code, Client ID# and Web Password, I got a "request not processed" message.
Any ideas?

I would recommend contacting Premiere Global Services to verify your account information - 877-807-0970.  That said you also want to make sure your Connect server is set to use Premiere conferencing.  If you have already used Premiere Global on another account on the system then more then likely the issue is not with Connect, it may be with Premiere or it maybe in your Connect server communicating with Premiere.

I should also ask if you are on a hosted or licensed connect account?
