Accessing the new features

Visually ACP v9 isn't that different but I did watch the webinar before it was launched and two features were of interest.

Firstly, there was the much enhanced registration & launch HTML pages. Adobe Catalyst maybe? Secondly was the meeting metrics.

Simple question - how to do access these two features?

For the Events pages, if you have the events module, then the event information/registration pages will have the new look. (Catalyst reporting is available in the hosted environment, and can be purchased by groups who have a licensed deployment).

What meeting metrics were you referring to? The engagement dash board?

The engagement dashboard is only available in Seminar rooms or Virtual Classrooms.

Hmm, I suspected as much. They didn't mention that in the webinar :-( We don't have the events module and doubt we could justify the cost. Will find out from our reseller though.

Yes - the engagement dashboard which showed number of attendees, whether they left the meeting half way through.

So far, the only benefit is the tablet/mobile functionality and that is still crippled for us by not being able to run our custom pods.
