Variables in custom templates

I want to change the HTML page title for my event pages to reflect the title of the session. By default the pages are titled "Event Info" etc.

I see in the template editor where to set the page title. What I can't find is a list of variables and how to invoke them. I'm sure there's some way for me to set the page title to <variable name>, I just don't know what the name is or where the documentation is that would show me the info.
