No Engagement Dashboard

Hi We have just had our hosted account upgraded to V9 but I cannot see an option for the engagement pod in the pod menus. I have the presenter only area active and have made sure the dashboard is not disabled in the admin site so not sure what is going on, any ideas?

The engagement dashboard is only in Seminar rooms. So you won't find it in your meeting rooms.

The engagement dashboard is available only in Seminar room and virtual classroom.
