losing rights as administrator limited when removing from host group

In connect 9

I am administrator limited and meeting host. when removing from meeting host group i also loose administrator limited rights and cannot administrate. to test this error

1. make new user
2. make user administrator limited and meeting group
3. log in as new user
3. go into administration module and remove meeting host group
4. now you cannot enter the administration module.

what is going on here ? anybody has an idea ?
