Export recording ftcontent.flv black screen

I export the recording by the URL (/output/recording.zip?download=zip).  The cameraVoip_0_2.flv plays well,  but all other videos have the good duration, but the video it's a black screen.  I listen the video with Adobe Media Player.

I want the video of my share content.  I think this is the file ftcontent0.flv but is a black screen.

An idea of the problem or the solution?

The content is not in the recording. The content FLV's are place holders and the recording will call to your content from the server and place it in the recording. The only FLV's that should have content are the cameraVoip and screenShare FLV's, I believe.

Everything else is re-created as if it is a live meeting room, so interactive content remains interactive and it feels as close to being in the live meeting as possible.
