Pop Ups not displaying for Attendees
recently i gave a presentation to 100 attendees, however in the recorded file and for the presenters, pop up windows in a web enabled application only showed a blue thatched screen.
What's going on?
Is this a setting issue or how I am hosting the meeting?

This would be an issue with how you chose to screen share. You probably selected to share one or some Windows. By doing that you told Connect that you didn't want anyone to see any other window that are open now or that will open in the process of your screen sharing adventure. So when your web browser opened a new window it was occluded.
Solution: Either choose Application sharing, which will share every window from a given application (even new windows) or just stick with Desktop sharing and nothing will be occluded.
