Audio Echo with iPad

I am getting an echo with adobe connect for a two person meeting, one on laptop the other on iPad.  With two laptops there isn't any audio issues.  As soon as the iPad joins the meeting everyone hears an echo?  We tried this with iPad on built in mic and speaker, iPhone apple head set, Apple pro audio head set and one from a blackberry.  All systems are getting this audio echo.  Does anyone have a fix for this?

Have you tried changing the settings for the audio preferences? In the meeting (on the desktop computer), click Meeting > Preferences > Audio. Have you tried using the Adobe Connect Mobile 2.0 for iOS that was just released last week?

I tried all the setting from the desktop, from the ipad and even the newest app didn't stop the echo.  We also tried other computers and other iPads to see if it was our hardware... but still the same echo.
