Connecting audio on iPad when using teleconference

I connected to a meeting yesterday using 2.0. The meeting was setup for both computer and teleconference. However, there was no microphone icon available in the app.  I was a host, so I should have rights.  Is there something I didn't do correctly, or is this a bug?

Did you start audio conference on either your iPad or on the desktop computer?
On iPad, as a Host, you would tap on the menu (the 4 bars at the bottom left of the screen) and tap Manage Meeting Audio and then you would have to enable Using Phone and/or Using Computers.
