upgrade from v8 to v9 Invalid byte 3 of 3-byte UTF-8 sequence

I'm trying to upgrade our dev server from v8 (patch 8.2.2) to v9 but something went wrong.

The AC service starts, but stays in not ready mode. (if I open the console or web page I see the not ready message)

This issue has been logged as bug # 3045436

The problem was with the laguage files.
For v 9.0.0.1  replace them with http://www2.arnes.si/~mbatic7/ac/langADOBE.zip and the issue will be resolved.
