Challenges with Recordings

Recently have recorded two separate 30 minute  webinars.  Everything went fine in the sessions. We recorded each one. 

In the recording of one, the content of a short poll was simply  a blank, white screen/pod.  Nothing. We have had success with poll pods showing up in recordings before so this was a surprise.

Then, yesterday we showed a 90 second flv video and it worked perfectly. When we looked at the recording, a white screen appears. Polls in that session show up fine in the recording.

Any ideas. Any way to recapture our lost poll and video?

Can you post the link to recordings here (if it's not confidential). Else, would it be possible for you to install debug version of Flash Player and see if some dialog box (showing some error) pops up while playback. If that's so, can you post the error here?

Well, I played the recording just now and the poll worked. Yesterday was the session. Earlier today, the poll didn't show up in the recording. On the second  session in May, I erroneously said the video didn't play in the recording. Wrong.  It wouldn't play at all, neither in the live sessions nor in the recording.  Same video that played perfectly yesterday.

So, in the May session, the video wouldn't play at all  either in the live session or the recording. And slides showed fine in the live sessions, but their content didn't record.

In further review of the recording, it does appear that the error on the video was ours.  However, in the other video, when played 2-3 times, the poll didn't show up. Then then next day it did.  Mystery.  Thanks for help.
