Adobe Presenter 6.0 Freezing on Question Slides

Has anyone come across this issue? Users are freezing on questions slides. This is occurring very randomly on all of our Presenter courses. We are using Trivantis CourseMill as our LMS. We are also using Internet Explorer 6. Sometimes using the backward and forward arrows key at the bottom of the screen with get the user unstuck. Other times I must delete their registration to the course and reregister them. This allows them to start over again and they are successful at navigating through the module and answering the questions and do not get refrozen on the the slide again.

We've tried signing on as the user, but are unable to simulate the problem. It always lets us move on successfully.

We are wondering if this is a Internet Explorer issue or a Presenter issue. Adobe support has not been able to assist us with this issue.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Can you upgrade to Presenter 6.2 or Presenter 7?

We are having the same issue. Participants occasionally get stuck on either our slides or the question slides. They have to log out and log back into the show to fix the problem. We are on 8.2.2.0 and publishing all content using Presenter 7.0.7. I would be good to know if anyone else has this issue and if there's a fix?
