Enquiry for help to solve press <Play> button twice on CP 5.5

Would like to seek for your professional help on Adobe Captivate 5.5.  Thanks a lot!

Below is related information:
Output type: Flash SWF
Total slides: 29 

Source file from xxx.cp and saved in Captivate 5.5 as xxx.cptx.

When I clicked 'File' -> 'Preview' -> 'Project' , after clicked <Play> button, a <Pause> button appeared for a glance, it became <Play> button.  When pressed <Play> button again, slides can be played normally.   

When using 'File' -> 'Publish' -> xxx.swf, clicking xxx.swf, same problem occurred as required to press <Play> button twice to play the slides.

Below setting for your information:
'Edit' -> 'Preference' -> 'Project' -> 'Start and End' -> 'Auto Play' (checkbox ticked),  'Preloader' (checkbox unticked).

If you check the preloader box and have it preload, say 5-10% does it work normally?

Also, if the project is set to auto play, then where does the play button come from? Is it an object placed on the first slide, or did you chose to put a play button in the field with the Auto Play function in the Preferences?

Thanks a lot for your kind & prompt reply.

I've tried method by checking preloader box by using 5% & 10%, it doesn't work normally.

For play button on the first slide, it came from below setting: 
Project -> Skin Editor -> Check 'Show Playback Control' box

For your information, I have not put a play button on the first slide.

Btw, I have placed 3 buttons on the first slide.
