Video settings

Hi,

I want to create a Captivate presentations which contain some prerecorded videos with software demonstrations (recorded with iShow or similar). There is a place where I can get tips for the video format that I import into Captivate and quality settings when exporting to Connect?

You would want to bring in an FLV video for Captivate. I wouldn't get too crazy on the settings. Maybe max size of 720 X 480 and no more than 800 Kbps for the bit rate.

On the other hand, why not just capture the workflow of the software with Captivate? That is what it does.
