Accessing Adobe Connect API in Visual Studio

Is there a way to setup the API as a service (or web) reference?  I played around with entering a the normal /api and /api/xml but Visual Studio (2010) is looking for a complete list of allowable actions.  Browsing the Adobe documentation (http://help.adobe.com/en_US/connect/8.0 … 0_SP1.html) I did not see that.  Hopefully I am missing something obvious.
