Using VOIP - headset recommendations

what's your experience/recommendations on choice of headsets. I know USB connected headsets are recommended. I've found inline volume and muting to be handy.

Do you have any recommendations on headset models with VLR or webinar delivery specifically in mind?

I would suggest to go for 3.5 MM Jack headsets. There is no problem using the USB one but from my personal experience 3.5 MM Jack headsets works better than USB one.

Thanks, interesting. I'd heard USB connections were the only way forward. Are others having the same experience.

And my personal experience has been that USB headsets work better than the 3.5 MM jack versions. If nothing else you can look for the headsets that have both as an option. They are becoming harder to find, but they are out there.

Guess it all comes down to personal preference ;)
