Problems with video import
Hi.
I have a problem when trying to import a video file (.mp4) into Adobe Presenter. The import via the import video button works fine, there even is a preview of the video when I check the preview box. However, once the video is imported, it doesn't play when I export the whole file into a .rar file and open the index file.
Can someone help me? This project needs to be finished asap...
Thanks for the help,
Dinin

Re: Problems with video import
Hello,
I also have a similar issue. I can open the Import Video option, select the file, it converts, but when finished, it doesn't show up in the slide or in the final export. I have Win 7 64-bit on this PC and think that might be the issue because I can do the same exact steps with that file on another Win XP PC and also on a Win 7 32-bit PC and it works fine. I run Presenter 7.0.6 and PowerPoint 2007 on all machines. Anyone have ideas?
Many thanks!

Re: Problems with video import
Are you importing the video onto your slide or the side bar?

Re: Problems with video import
Are you trying to open index file directly from zip file? then it will not work, you have to unzip it first!
