Text Entry Problems

For some reason, the text entry boxes are randomly not working. For example when a user enters the answer and presses Enter, nothing happens and the slide just stays and does not continue. The only way to continue to the next slide is by using the Play/Pause or Next button on the navigation bar. This only happens some times, but enough to where it is causing problems.
