Captivate 5.5, Presenter 7.0.7 and Connect 8.2 audio sync issue

I have created some captivate movies that are embedded as demos in a presentation. Problem is that when the presentation plays after publishing the audio in the Captivate slide plays prematurely.

This is my configuration:
Windows 7 64 bit
PPT 2007
Captivate 5.5
Presenter 7.0.7 Build 7746
Connect 8.2.0.0

I had the issue when the original PPT file was a 2003 version in compatibility mode.  I save files as PPTX file and re-embedded SWF file. That seemed to resolve issue where audio from Captivate would play when it got to slide and end when it left. 

Now I seem to be back to same scenario when the captivate is on slide 3, it starts playing midway through slide 2.  I have tried publishing captivate to use version 9 and tried version 10 of flash player without any differences.

To add to issues, some of the published presentations (total of 15) work while others do not.

I have also uninstalled and reinstalled Presenter 7.0.7 with no effect.

The Captivate audio is using "Kate" text to speech.

Additional info. When published locally there are not issues.  Published locally to ZIP file and then uploaded the zip file. Now Plays correctly.
