Tracking/Scoring problems within Connect

Hi, I've recently posted a Captivate 5.5 project which I've hidden the playbar in order to ensure the student watches each slide then presses the continue button. Each continue button scores them a point (16 in total) and the package is posted on Connect 8.2. The package also has "self paced training" enabled. However, after testing the package on Connect each time you come out of the package before completion Connect looses the score. When you reopen, the slldes continues where you left off but has lost the score. A further problem is, if you complete the package the TOC stay's locked even though they've passed the course and so enabling the TOC. Any help/advice appreciated.
