Training and Assessment record modes

I took my first look at captivate today and already I'm coming up with awkward questions!

I'd like to be able to demonstrate a sequence of movements of objects on a screen and then create an assessment whereby students have to repeat the selection and movements in the correct order.
I know this can be done with just clicking on certain buttons/menus etc. but that would do the trick in this situation.

As an example, let's say I want to demo how to adjust the size of a text box and also change the opacity of an image and then create an assessment where by the student must repeat this.

Is this possible?
