Stuttering Presentations

Here's a conundrum... I have created Adobe Presenter presentations in the past and all has worked fine. Now, I find that whenever I watch them the presentations (audio and video) stutters -- actually it happens on all Adobe Presenter files I watch. I upgraded my Adobe Flash to the latest player. Any ideas why this is happening? Thanks!
