Help configuring Intercall Telephony Adaptor
Has anyone successfully configured the Intercall telephony adaptor for Connect?
We are currently running a licensed 7.5SP1 server on premises. We have configured the audio controls to start/manage the conference call, but I am not sure where to obtain access to a SIP server for use with the Intercall adaptor.
I assume we need this to bridge to the audio from the conference call back to VoIP so that we can record the audio from the conference call on our server.
Thanks in advance, any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Re: Help configuring Intercall Telephony Adaptor
Have you installed and configured FMG ?If yes, then you need a SIP server that can make PSTN calls. Ribbit is one of the SIP server or you can find more.
Also ,let me know if there is any specific problem you are facing.

Re: Help configuring Intercall Telephony Adaptor
Kat,
Thanks for the quick reply. Yes I have the FMG installed. Does the SIP server need to be from the same phone conference provider (in our case, it's Intercall)? Or can it be from any SIP provider that can make PSTN calls?
