Captivate 5: Publishing Issues

First, I am new to Captivate, but working on it everyday to become familiar with the program. I created a jeopardy game. In the preview modes, the game works beautifully!

However, when I go to publish, it's not getting past the first slide, which is a video. Not sure if that's the issue or not? It will slightly play the first 2 seconds of the video and fade into white. The next button on the skin wont work to move forward either.

Background:
Working on Windows 2007 / PC
The first slide is a jeopardy video from the actual game
The project was initially imported from PowerPoint to avoid recreating the slides for each Q&A
The file is large: 21,877 KB
I've tried the following publishing settings: Export to PDF, Export to HTML, Zip Files, E-Mail

At this point, I just need to find an easy way to share the project with others within our organization. I hope someone out there has an answer, suggestions, or ideas. I've been messing with this for too long now.
