Dynamic meeting creation possible?

Is it possible for a flex app to dynamically create a Connect meeting and set the configurable options?

If dynamically create meeting means creating meeting from FLex app as and when reg, then yes, using XML API you can do so.

Please elaborate on what exactly you are trying to accomplish

I have been wondering how one would be able to dynamically create meetings (lets say if we needed to create 100 with similar settings) rather than using the admin interface to go through and setup each one by hand. But instead set up a template meeting that we can adjust and implement for the 100 or so we would create
